As a general practice orders are shipped out the next business day, but if the band is on tour it may mean several days before your order gets shipped out. We appreciate your patience in those circumstances. Shipping duration varies based on your location but for US orders it should not be more than a week. Outside of the US shipping times vary from one week to as much as a month, depending on your location.
